Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-05-18
These terms govern your use of Fulk Flow (the “Service”), operated by Fulk Shipping (“we”, “us”, “our”) — a shipping brokerage. By signing in you agree to them.
1. Closed beta
The Service is in closed beta. Features may break, change, or disappear with little notice. Numbers shown in any indication, evaluation, or matching output are AI-assisted estimates — not fixed quotes, not advice, not a guarantee. You remain the broker; you sign the recap.
2. Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
- One account per natural person. Sharing seats is not allowed.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service — bulk-mailing strangers, scraping, attempting to circumvent rate limits, etc.
3. Your content
Cargoes, vessels, contacts, evaluations, and any other data you put into the Service remain yours. You grant us a narrow licence to process, store, and display that data so we can run the Service for you — and nothing else. We don’t sell your data, we don’t train AI models on it under the providers we use, and we don’t share it with other tenants.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk mail through the Service.
- Import contact lists you don’t have a legitimate business relationship with.
- Use the Service to evade sanctions or trade with sanctioned parties.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-abuse the Service.
- Upload illegal content or content infringing third-party rights.
5. Email sending
Outgoing mail uses your own SMTP credentials. You are the sender — your domain, your reputation. We provide rate-limiting, open-tracking, and bounce handling, but the deliverability of any message is ultimately governed by your SMTP provider and the recipient’s mail server.
6. AI output
Freight indications, cargo evaluations, vessel matches, and any other AI-generated output are estimates. Always verify before quoting a client or committing tonnage. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI output without your own broker judgement.
7. Pricing and payment
The closed beta is free. Paid plans launch later in 2026 and will be announced before you’re asked to pay. You can stop using the Service at any time and we’ll delete your data within 30 days of termination (subject to any legal retention requirements).
8. Availability
We aim for high uptime but we don’t guarantee it during beta. Third-party outages (Vercel, Neon, AI providers, your SMTP server, your Equasis account) can take the Service down for periods we can’t control.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, financial, or chartering advice — it’s a tool, you’re the broker.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which, during the free beta, is zero.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing management@fulkship.com. We can terminate accounts that materially breach these terms after notice.
12. Changes
We’ll update these terms in place and bump the “Last updated” date when something material changes. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in a competent Egyptian court or by binding arbitration if both parties agree.
